AN ACT CONCERNING FEES FOR THE REGULATION OF X-RAY HEADS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to reduce or eliminate the fee for the regulation of x-ray heads when there is no actual regulation or inspection of said equipment.
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce or eliminate fees associated with the regulation of x-ray heads if the equipment is not actually inspected.
