AN ACT CONCERNING RESTRICTIONS ON THE SALE OR USE OF CERTAIN POLYSTYRENE PRODUCTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require an assessment of the environmental and health impacts of and the ability to recycle polystyrene products, and establish limits on the sale and use of such products, as appropriate.
Statement of Purpose:
To preserve citizen health and the integrity of natural resources.
