AN ACT REQUIRING THE DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION TO CONDUCT A HYDROLOGIC CONVEYANCE ASSESSMENT OF MAJOR INLETS TO LAKE POCOTOPAUG IN EAST HAMPTON.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection to undertake a detailed engineering hydrologic conveyance assessment of all major inlets to Lake Pocotopaug in East Hampton, at a cost of not more than one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars, in order identify points of watershed pollution in said lake.
Statement of Purpose:
To identify points of watershed pollution in Lake Pocotopaug.
