AN ACT CONCERNING WATER POLLUTION CONTROL ISSUES IN THE STAMFORD AREA.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to eliminate or reduce foul odors emanating from certain water pollution control facilities in the greater Stamford area and to prevent the spilling of raw sewage into Long Island Sound.
Statement of Purpose:
To address water pollution control issues in the greater Stamford area.
