AN ACT ELIMINATING THE SALES TAX ON COSMETIC MEDICAL PROCEDURES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That sections 12-407 and 12-412 of the general statutes be amended to exempt cosmetic medical procedures from the sales tax.
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the sales tax on cosmetic medical procedures.
