AN ACT PROTECTING VOTER PRIVACY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 143 of the general statutes be amended to withhold from public disclosure the date of birth information of any elector contained on any record of the registrars of voters.
Statement of Purpose:
To withhold from public disclosure private information of electors.
