AN ACT ESTABLISHING A WORKFORCE SKILLS TRAINING PROGRAM.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That title 10a of the general statutes be amended to establish a workforce skills training program in municipalities with a population over one hundred thousand that will provide adults with the training and skills necessary for job placement upon completion of such program.

Statement of Purpose: 

To develop an education program that will provide adults with the necessary training and skills for job placement.
