AN ACT CONCERNING POSTSECONDARY DISTANCE LEARNING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 10a of the general statutes be amended to require the Office of Higher Education to review access for all institutions of higher education in this state utilizing distance learning in their course offerings for both undergraduate and graduate degree programs, including, but not limited to, options such as the nation-wide state authorization reciprocity agreement.
Statement of Purpose:
To improve access to distance learning programs.
