HOYDICK, 120th Dist. REP. MINER, 66th Dist. REP. O'NEILL, 69th Dist. AN ACT INCREASING THE NUMBER OF MEDICAID FRAUD INVESTIGATORS. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That title 51 of the general statutes be amended to require the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit of the Office of the Chief State's Attorney to hire the maximum number of investigators permitted by the federal government under the federal program that provides reimbursements to states for seventy-five per cent of the costs associated with hiring such investigators. Statement of Purpose: To increase the number of investigators in the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit.
