AN ACT CONCERNING INSURER PAYMENTS FOR NONCOVERED SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 38a-472h of the general statutes be amended to extend to other health care providers besides dentists the prohibition on insurers setting payment for services or procedures that are not covered benefits under a health insurance plan.
Statement of Purpose:
