AN ACT PROVIDING COMPLETE ANONYMITY TO PROSPECTIVE JURORS IN CRIMINAL CASES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 884 of the general statutes be amended to provide that there shall be no disclosure of the names and addresses of prospective jurors in criminal matters.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide complete anonymity to prospective jurors in criminal cases.
