AN ACT CONCERNING ANNUAL OVERSIGHT OF CONSERVATORS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That: (1) Section 45a-177 of the general statutes be amended to require all conservators to annually render accountings that include receipts or other evidence concerning the value of assets to the Probate Court, and (2) section 45a-660 of the general statutes be amended to require the Probate Court to annually review all conservatorships.
Statement of Purpose:
To improve Probate Court oversight of conservators.
