AN ACT CONCERNING ASSESSMENTS AND PENALTIES UNDER THE WORKERS COMPENSATION ACT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to adjust the current time period for paying assessments and to increase the penalties levied against employers who are not in compliance with the provisions of chapter 567 of the general statutes.
Statement of Purpose:
To amend the time period for paying assessments and to increase the penalties levied against employers under the workers' compensation statutes.
