AN ACT CONCERNING UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS AND DRUG USE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit a person who is fired from their job for drug use from collecting unemployment benefits.
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit a person who is fired from their job for drug use from collecting unemployment benefits.
