AN ACT CONCERNING THE PALLIATIVE USE OF MARIJUANA FOR CHILDREN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 420f of the general statutes be amended to allow children access to palliative use of marijuana when necessary and medically appropriate.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide children access to necessary and medically appropriate palliative use of marijuana.
