AN ACT CONCERNING TAX INCENTIVES FOR EMPLOYERS WHO HIRE PERSONS WITH INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That chapter 208 of the general statutes be amended to provide additional tax incentives to employers who hire and retain persons with intellectual disabilities.

Statement of Purpose: 

To expand tax credits for employers who hire and retain persons with intellectual disabilities.
