AN ACT CONCERNING THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN WITH ASTHMA AND ALLERGIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the disclosure to the Department of Public Health of the results of any tests for asthma or allergies of children entering school who have chronic respiratory issues, asthma or allergies.
Statement of Purpose:
To require the disclosure of any asthma or allergies testing results of children entering school who have chronic respiratory issues, asthma or allergies.
