AN ACT CONCERNING ADVERTISING AND THE PROVISION OF REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit health care clinics from advertising reproductive health services when the clinic does not provide such services.
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit misleading advertising of reproductive health services.
