AN ACT LIMITING THE USE OF THE SPECIAL TRANSPORTATION FUND.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the use or transfer of funds from the Special Transportation Fund to other funds.
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure that the Special Transportation Fund is used for transportation purposes.
