AN ACT CONCERNING THE SALE OF ZERO EMISSION VEHICLES IN CONNECTICUT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow a manufacturer who exclusively produces zero emission motor vehicles to directly sell those vehicles to consumers.
Statement of Purpose:
To encourage the sale of zero emission vehicles in Connecticut.
