HOYDICK, 120th Dist. REP. MINER, 66th Dist. REP. O'NEILL, 69th Dist. AN ACT PROVIDING SUFFICIENT STATE FUNDING TO MAINTAIN TWENTY-FOUR-HOUR STAFFING AT DOMESTIC VIOLENCE SHELTERS. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That the general statutes be amended to require that sufficient state funding be appropriated for domestic violence shelters to provide on-site staffing twenty-four hours a day. Statement of Purpose: To maintain twenty-four-hour staffing at domestic violence shelters.
