AN ACT REDUCING THE EXCESS COST THRESHOLD FOR SPECIAL EDUCATION COSTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That subsection (b) of section 10-76g of the general statutes be amended to reduce the reimbursement threshold for special education costs.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide greater state reimbursement to towns for the costs associated with the provision of special education.
