AN ACT CONCERNING ELECTRIC DISTRIBUTION COMPANIES' RESIDENTIAL FIXED CUSTOMER CHARGE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 16 of the general statutes be amended to cap electric distribution companies' residential fixed customer charge at not more than ten dollars per billing cycle, effective January 1, 2017.
Statement of Purpose:
To cap the residential fixed customer charge at not more than ten dollars per billing cycle.
