AN ACT CONCERNING PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY SERVICE RESTORATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 16 of the general statutes be amended to require that public service companies prioritize service restoration for customers with disabilities.
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure that persons with disabilities are given priority in restoration of service after a power outage.
