AN ACT ESTABLISHING CLASS I RENEWABLE ENERGY SOURCE CLASSIFICATION FOR THE BRIDGEPORT THERMAL LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 21 of public act 14-94 be amended to establish The Bridgeport Thermal Limited Liability Company as a Class I renewable energy source.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish The Bridgeport Thermal Limited Liability Company as a Class I renewable energy source.
