AN ACT CONCERNING SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEMS ON BROWNFIELDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide incentives for siting solar photovoltaic systems on brownfields.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide incentives for siting solar photovoltaic systems on brownfields.
