AN ACT CONCERNING THE LAND VALUE TAXATION PILOT PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 12-63h of the general statutes be amended to extend the deadline to submit applications under the land value taxation pilot program to December 31, 2015.
Statement of Purpose:
To extend the deadline to submit an application under the land value taxation pilot program to December 31, 2015.
