AN ACT CONCERNING THE TAX ON GASOLINE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 12 of the general statutes be amended to reduce the per gallon excise tax on gasoline by twelve and one-half per cent and the gross receipts tax on motor vehicle fuel by twelve and one-half per cent.
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce the state gasoline tax.
