AN ACT CONCERNING THE REGULATION OF POWDERED ALCOHOL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 30-1 of the general statutes be amended to include powdered alcohol in the definition of "alcohol".
Statement of Purpose:
To allow the Department of Consumer Protection to regulate powdered alcohol.
