AN ACT REDUCING THE AMOUNT PERMITTED FOR INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTIONS TO A STATE CENTRAL COMMITTEE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 9-612 of the general statutes be amended to reduce the amount an individual may contribute per year to, or for the benefit of, the state central committee of a party from ten thousand dollars to five thousand dollars.
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce the amount an individual may contribute annually to a state central committee.
