AN ACT REQUIRING AN AUDIT OF THE ATHLETIC DEPARTMENT OF THE UNIVERSITY OF CONNECTICUT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 10a of the general statutes be amended to require an annual audit of the athletic department of The University of Connecticut by the state Auditors of Public Accounts.
Statement of Purpose:
To require an annual audit of the athletic department of The University of Connecticut.
