AN ACT CONCERNING THE DEFINITION OF TENANT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 47a-1 of the general statutes be amended to bring clarity to the definition of tenant.
Statement of Purpose:
To clarify the definition of tenant in the general statutes.
