AN ACT CONCERNING A MORATORIUM FROM THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING APPEALS PROCEDURE UPON COMPLETION OF AN INCENTIVE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 8-30g of the general statutes be amended to provide a temporary moratorium to municipalities upon the completion of any incentive housing development that requires twenty per cent of the units in such housing development to be set aside as affordable housing.
Statement of Purpose:
To encourage the development of affordable housing.
