AN ACT STREAMLINING THE APPLICATION PROCESS FOR SUBSIDIZED HOUSING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 128 of the general statutes be amended to create a centralized state-wide affordable housing wait list.
Statement of Purpose:
To streamline the affordable housing application process by eliminating the need for persons to submit housing applications to numerous municipalities.
