AN ACT CONCERNING MOBILITY COUNSELING FOR SUBSIDIZED HOUSING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 8-44 of the general statutes be amended to require the public housing authority in each municipality to provide comprehensive mobility counseling to persons for all housing options for which they are eligible.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide mobility counseling and resources for persons seeking to relocate.
