AN ACT CONCERNING THE APPLICATION OF SUMMARY PROCESS STATUTES TO RESIDENTS OF A SOBER HOUSE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 832 of the general statutes be amended to address the application of summary process statutes to residents of a sober house.
Statement of Purpose:
To address issues regarding the application of summary process statutes to residents of a sober house.
