AN ACT CONCERNING THE MEDICAID WAIVER APPROVAL PROCESS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 17b of the general statutes be amended to require timely notification of any planned Medicaid waiver applications or changes in Medicaid waiver programs, except such changes pertaining to routine operational issues or those requiring immediate action to comply with federal law.
Statement of Purpose:
To improve access to information about Medicaid waiver applications.
