AN ACT CONCERNING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF EXPEDITED PROCEDURES FOR TAX FORECLOSURES ON LAND.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 12-181 of the general statutes be amended to establish an expedited procedure for tax foreclosures on small parcels of land on which the taxes have not been paid for ten years or more.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish an expedited procedure for tax foreclosures on small parcels of land.
