AN ACT REQUIRING THE OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY OF THE STATE TO MAKE ENHANCEMENTS TO THE STATE'S INTERNET CONCORD SYSTEM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 33 of the general statutes be amended to require the Commercial Recording Division of the office of the Secretary of the State to make enhancements to the State's Internet Concord System in order to allow the public access to information relating to the officers of corporations and the members of limited liability companies.
Statement of Purpose:
To make enhancements to the State's Internet Concord System in order to allow for more open business transparency.
