AN ACT PROVIDING FUNDING FOR THE FRESH START PROGRAM IN NEW HAVEN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the sum of ____ dollars be appropriated to the Office of Policy and Management, from the General Fund, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2016, for the purpose of providing a grant to fund the operation of the Fresh Start Program.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide resources to assist the program to address the needs of the reentry program.
