AN ACT ESTABLISHING THE FAMILY COURT REFORM TASK FORCE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That a task force be established to study family court reform and report back to the legislature on its findings prior to the start of the 2016 legislative session.
Statement of Purpose:
To study the family court system.
