AN ACT CONCERNING THE AUTHORITY OF A MASTER ASSOCIATION OF A COMMON INTEREST COMMUNITY TO FACILITATE THE FORMATION OF TAX DISTRICTS WITHIN THE COMMUNITY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 47-239 of the general statutes be amended to provide that a master association of a common interest ownership community may facilitate the formation of tax districts within the community.
Statement of Purpose:
To permit a master association of a common interest ownership community to facilitate the formation of tax districts within the community.
