AN ACT EXEMPTING COMMISSIONERS OF THE SUPERIOR COURT FROM JURY SERVICE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 51-217a of the general statutes be amended to exempt a commissioner of the Superior Court from jury service.
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt commissioners of the Superior Court from jury service.
