AN ACT CONCERNING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF UNIFORM STANDARDS OF PRACTICE FOR PROVIDERS OF SUPERVISED VISITATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide that the Judicial Branch shall develop and implement standards for providers of supervised visitation.

To develop and implement standards for providers of supervised visitation.
