AN ACT CONCERNING THE AUTHORITY TO BOARD UP VACANT BUILDINGS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow certain nongovernmental organizations to board up vacant buildings.
