AN ACT CONCERNING PRESCRIPTION DRUG MONITORING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 19a of the general statutes be amended to increase monitoring of prescription drugs to prevent persons from obtaining multiple prescriptions for the same drug from different health care providers.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase surveillance of the issuance of prescriptions for drugs.
