AN ACT CONCERNING MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES FOR HOMELESS YOUTH.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Children and Families and the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services to work together to identify homeless youth in need of mental health services and connect the homeless youth to such services.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide mental health services for homeless youth.
