AN ACT CONCERNING HOME BAKERIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 19a of the general statutes be amended to allow the operation of home-based bakeries that produce baked goods for sale to members of the public.
Statement of Purpose:
To encourage local food production and small business income by removing restrictions against home-based bakeries and allow home-based bakeries to partner with civic organizations that own bakery equipment.
