AN ACT CONCERNING CERTIFICATION OF ADVANCED DENTAL HYGIENE PRACTITIONERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 20 of the general statutes be amended to create a certification for advanced dental hygiene practitioners and allow advanced dental hygiene practitioners to perform certain services.
Statement of Purpose:
To improve access to protective and preventive dental services and improve oral health by allowing advanced dental hygiene practitioners to provide certain services to underserved populations.
