AN ACT CONCERNING MOTORIZED WHEELCHAIRS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require all motorized wheelchairs that are used outdoors to be affixed with reflective stickers and a six feet high pennant flag.
Statement of Purpose:
To help drivers of automobiles see motorized wheelchairs when they are crossing the street.
